Please register at the reception in person to be able to use this service

• Only the registered patient can book. As with normal appointments the clinician is unable to see more than one patient in any slot.
• You can book online appointments with only some clinicians at the moment.
• If you fail to cancel an appointment for any reason you will be barred from using the online appointments
• Please remember that a nurse may be able to see you rather than a doctor. Please ensure that your appointment request is appropriate for a doctor. Nurses are able to deal with
  • Coughs & Chest Infections
  • Asthma Attacks
  • Skin Infections & Rashes (acute / chronic eg shingles)
  • Eczma
  • Ear Infections
  • Sprains and Backpain
  • Female Urinary Tract Infections
  • Sore Throats
• Please do not book any medicals via this system.
• Please do not use the messaging facility to send URGENT messages. It may take up to 48 hours for one of our staff to respond.
