Touchscreen at St Faiths
From Thursday 7th September patients arriving at our St. Faiths Surgery will be able to tell us they've arrived by using a Touchscreen book-in system.
By entering your date of birth, and if necessary the first letter of your surname, you can let our appointments system know that you have arrived without having to wait to see a Receptionist. The Doctor or Nurse will know you are here and will call you for your appointment as normal.
This system has been in use at our Drayton Surgery for over a year, and 65% of patients arriving at Drayton now use this to book themselves in.
Changes to the Appointments System
We now have a duty doctor available everyday who is able to see patients who have emergencies and/or problems which cannot wait until the next day.
For more information see the appointments page.

Appointment "DNAs"
If you have attended the Surgery recently, you may have noticed signs indicating the number of "DNAs" (Did Not Arrives) for the previous month.
Every DNA costs the NHS time and money, and more importantly the loss of an appointment slot that could have been offered to another patient.
