Adult Social Services

A Social Worker from Norfolk Adult Social Services will be available at our Drayton Surgery between 09:00 - 12:00 on the last Friday of every month to discuss any issues you may have relating to Social Care.

This provision is aimed primarily at those over the age of 65 and who may wish to discuss, care provision eligibility and what is available in their area, Occupational Therapy equipment, Assistive Technology, financial issues, general advice relating to vulnerability and what to do if you think an older person is being abused. 

The Social Worker will also be able to provide information about other organisations that may be able to assist with particular needs that Social Services cannot meet because of their eligibility criteria'.
